Mission

The purpose of Rising Stars is to cultivate a community that strengthens connections among aspiring leaders dedicated to shaping the future of the ice cream industry. The group identifies programs that foster learning, growth, and collaboration, empowering the next generation of association and industry leaders.

Eligibility Requirements

• Supports The Ice Cream Association's mission
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership potential and commitment to the industry and DSD
• Shows dedication to professional growth and development
• Exhibits innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
• Holds an active membership with The Ice Cream Association and attends the Annual Convention

Committee Requirements

• Create and execute your committee goals.
• Conduct monthly committee meetings. 
• Complete committee reports for the board.
• Host a one-hour meeting during the Annual Convention.
