Our volunteer leaders play a vital role in advancing the mission and goals of The Ice Cream Association (TICA). Representing every corner of the ice cream industry - from frozen desserts and mobile vending to food trucks, freezers, and distribution - they generously share their expertise, insight, and passion to strengthen our community.

Distributor Division
The Distributor Division represents members who sell product to retail or food service locations, including direct store delivery (DSD). It strengthens TICA by encouraging best practice sharing, educational programming, and membership engagement, with meetings open to all member types.
The
Mobile Vending Committee and
Rising Stars Committee are subcommittees that falls under the Distributor Division.
Manufacturer Division
The Manufacturer Division represents the suppliers, brokers, and partners who drive innovation and sustain the ice cream and frozen dessert industry. It fosters collaboration, shares insights, and supports initiatives that strengthen the community. All Manufacturer members are included, and meetings are open to all members, typically held during the Annual Convention, with additional sessions scheduled as needed.
Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee promotes the ice cream industry through strategic media engagement, storytelling, and member communications. Key focus areas include increasing brand visibility, managing social media and newsletters, advancing rebranding initiatives, and driving member engagement through campaigns, improved onboarding, expanded use of the member app and forums, and the launch of a private LinkedIn group. The committee also supports the Annual Convention through new member engagement, swag, and entertainment coordination.
Service Provider Division
The Service Provider Division supports members offering goods or services that add value, efficiency, growth, or relevance to TICA’s distributors, mobile vendors, and manufacturers. Its goals include enhancing service provider visibility and engagement while improving the overall member experience. Meetings are open to all members and typically occur during the Annual Convention, with additional sessions scheduled as needed.
