What's included in my attendee registration?
Registration tickets include the following:
- Access to all Summit educational sessions and meetings
- Access to the exhibit hall
- Access to the attendee list with contact information
- Food and beverages at the social/food functions
- Unlimited networking opportunities!

Where do I pick up my registration materials?
When you arrive onsite, please stop by the registration area to pick up your name badge and materials. Your badge is your access pass to all functions, including social events and food and beverage experiences. View the schedule to see the registration & info desk location and hours.

What do I do if I need to cancel my registration?
All cancellation requests must be emailed to TICA Headquarters. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be made after October 5, 2026. Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can no longer attend?
You can transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be emailed to TICA Headquarters no later than October 19, 2026 and include the following information:
- Name
- Job Title
- Email
- Phone
- Any dietary needs / physical accommodations required
No one will be allowed in or out of the exhibit hall without a valid registrant badge.

EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS
What's included in my exhibitor registration?
Exhibitor registration tickets include:
- One attendee registration with full access to all speakers, educational sessions and food/beverages at the social/meal functions
- An exhibit booth with back and side wall drapes, measuring ten feet by ten feet (10’x10’) in a carpeted ballroom
- One six-foot skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Booth signage featuring your company name
- Company featured on TICA website and the mobile app
- Access to the attendee list with contact information
- Unlimited networking opportunities!
A/V, electricity, internet, furniture, etc. must be ordered through the exhibit management company.

When will booth assignments be available?
The exhibit booth assignments will be available in September. Booth preferences are taken in order of registration date and sponsor status.

How do I purchase A/V, electricity, and/or internet for my booth?
A/V, electricity, internet and additional booth accessories such as furniture and graphics must be ordered through the exhibit management company.

How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Know Before You Go." This email will contain the attendee list in PDF format. TICA does not distribute attendee lists in excel format or by request.

Will I receive a printed program?
In an effort to go green, The Ice Cream Association will exclusively use the Ice Cream Summit mobile app to house onsite event information. Search The Ice Cream Association in the Google Play store or App store to download the app. Visit the registration & info desk for assistance.

What is the appropriate attire?
Sessions & Social Functions: Business casual/resort wear is suitable. Light jackets or sweaters are recommended as the meeting rooms can get chilly.
Welcome Banquet & Awards Ceremony: Formal attire is recommended and encouraged.

Will there be free WiFi at the convention?
WiFi will be available in the guest rooms and meeting spaces.

Can I bring my spouse/children?
Although attendees may bring family members to the hotel, only paid registrants wearing Ice Cream Summit name badges will be permitted to attend Ice Cream Summit events and food/social functions. Spouse/children registration rates can be found here.
