| WHAT'S INCLUDED |
Exhibitor registration tickets include:
- One attendee registration with full access to all speakers, educational sessions, and food/beverages at the social/meal functions
- An exhibit booth space with back and side wall drapes, measuring ten feet by ten feet (10’x10’) in a carpeted ballroom
- One six-foot skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Booth signage featuring your company name
- Company featured on TICA's website and the Summit mobile app
- Access to the attendee list with contact information
- Unlimited networking opportunities!
Exhibitors also have the opportunity to be featured in an exhibitor introduction video that is played for all attendees at the beginning of the Summit. A videographer will come to your booth during set-up time to record your company's one-minute plug, so come prepared. Inclusion in the exhibitor introduction video is optional. What's NOT Included in Your Exhibitor Registration:
- Registered exhibitors will receive a message from the exhibit management company by October 1, 2026 regarding booth coordination and logistics. Email exhibitor services directly for assistance.
- A/V, electricity, internet, tech: Must be ordered through the Vinoy's AV company, Encore.
- Freezer rentals: Contact a local St. Petersburg distributor.

| IMPORTANT DATES |
- Saturday, October 10 by 5:00 PM ET: Deadline to book your hotel reservation at The Vinoy.
- Monday, October 19: Deadline to make changes to exhibitor representatives in attendance.
- Monday, November 2: Exhibitor check-in and set-up, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM | 1-min. exhibitor introduction videos filmed at booths.
- Tuesday, November 3: Exhibit Hall Networking & Luncheon, 11:50 AM - 3:30 PM
- Wednesday, November 4: Exhibit Hall Breakfast, 8:10 AM - 9:40 AM | Tear-down, 9:40 AM - 12:00 PM | All exhibit hall materials must be off the floor by 12:00 PM. Exhibitors may not tear-down prior to 9:40 AM.

| ATTENDEE LIST |
The Attendee List will be included in the “Know Before You Go” email communication, which is distributed to all registrants with valid email addresses one week prior to the event. CHECK YOUR SPAM! The Attendee List is provided to all registrants in PDF format and does not include opt-outs or EU Citizens due to GDPR regulations. The Ice Cream Association does not provide registrant lists by request or in any other format.

| CANCELATION |
|
All cancellations must be emailed to The Ice Cream Association Headquarters. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be made after October 5, 2026, unless the event is cancelled by The Ice Cream Association.
Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.
Transferring name badges on-site is not permitted. If there is a change to a current registrant, this must be communicated via email to The Ice Cream Association Headquarters no later than October 19, 2026. No one will be allowed in and out of the exhibit hall without a valid registrant badge. Security will be on-site checking badges.
