All 2026 Ice Cream Summit attendees who have a room reservation at The Vinoy for at least two nights will receive $100 OFF their final hotel bill upon check-out. Only one $100 hotel discount may be applied per room, regardless of the number of occupants. The hotel reservation name must match the Summit registration name.
TICA's Group Rate at The Vinoy: $299/night + $25/night resort fee + applicable taxes
The deadline to book your hotel room at the group rate is Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM eastern time or while vacancy lasts.
LIMITED discounted rooms are available on fringe days (October 31, November 1 and 5). Book early as the room block will sell out. Bookings must be made using the TICA BOOKING LINK below or by calling the hotel at 1-727-894-1000 and requesting the TICA group rate.
NOTE: If you receive a message from the booking link saying there are no rooms available, try adjusting your arrival and/or departure date. If the block is sold out on a certain night that you selected, the search will show that no rooms are available. If you have questions, call the hotel directly.
TICA hotel guests receive the following resort amenities:
- Complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms
- Access to wellness classes (1 hour/2 persons per day)
- Access to tennis courts, including rackets and balls (90 minutes/2 persons per day)
- Two complimentary specialty cocktails per stay at either the Veranda or Paul's Landing
- E-bike rentals (2 one-hour rentals per day, based on availability)
- Access to two St. Petersburg History Museum tickets per stay
Cancellations and Early Departure Fees:
The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club typically requires cancellations to be made at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Reservations require a credit card guarantee, and early departures are charged for the full stay.
